I’m currently a Product Manager at Catalyst Software, a Customer Success Platform (CSP) that aims to center customer data in every organization and shift the focus of B2B revenue growth through renewals and expansion.
I currently lead the product planning, strategy, and execution for our Integrated Experiences team that consists of a Director of Engineering, a Staff Frontend Engineer, a Product Designer, Backend and Data Engineers. Please note - I’m actively working on a few cases studies that showcases some of the finest features we’ve shipped!

Oscar Health’s mission is to fix a broken U.S. health care industry by utilizing technology, design, and data to humanize health care and deliver an incredible, modernized consumer experience.
I joined the Automation team within the Insurance Operations division. I helped build new or optimize various insurance operation processes with our Operations Engineering team, primarily focused in the Claims and Provider spaces. Towards the latter part of my tenure, I owned the Technical Strategy for our Provider space and led quarterly roadmapping and execution using Agile methodologies with a team of Operations Engineers.
LIVE NATION ENTERTAINMENT

Live Nation is the leader in live music entertainment space and owns companies including Ticketmaster, House of Blues, Universe, C3 Presents, Insomniac and plenty more.
At Live Nation, I work on the Media & Sponsorship division where we help evangelize our clients (or sponsors) at music festivals, concerts, and live shows by helping marry their brand with solving pain points across the fan journey. More focused on the “festival” world, I overlooked our mobile Festival Apps that span across 40+ festivals annually and our RFID wristbands that enable fans to go “cashless” by tapping their wristband when making purchases on-site. Unfortunately, my experience was cut short due to the global pandemic.
HIRED

Hired is a recruiting marketplace that connects companies with actively job-seeking tech talent (Software Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Data Analytics etc.) that sign up to the platform. Roughly the top 5-10% of applicants that apply get featured in Hired’s marketplace, speeding up the process for companies finding high quality talent with the technical skills that match the employer’s openings.
I joined Hired as a senior member of Sales Development before becoming an Account Executive. I pivoted into being a Senior Solutions Consultant supporting the Enterprise and Global Sales teams sell more effectively into strategic accounts. As a product specialist, my role entailed bridging our Sales and Product teams by providing feedback and being the voice for Sales to support prioritizing and shaping our product roadmap.
All the while, this exposure built a craving for exploring the Product world and I was able to prompt the creation of an Associate Product Manager program that was run in the back half of 2019. Here, I supported our ‘Acquisition’ (or more commonly known as a “Growth”) team with a project to optimize the funnel of candidates signing up for Hired’s marketplace. Learn more here!
SOAPBOX INNOVATIONS

SoapBox Innovations’ main product (at the time) was a digital suggestion box that connects ideas and insights coming from the frontlines of organizations to the leadership team. In turn this helped them make better decisions while boosting employee engagement.
This was my first salaried position after University, where I began in Sales Development before joining Hired.
